I have expertise in all the modalities taught by the online recovery programs (see video on 4 areas of recovery on main page).
There is no purchase of packages required, meaning we can have 1 call or ongoing calls- it all depends on what you want and need.
I provide compassionate support, having been through similar situations.
I offer encouragement and accountability, (which is a key aspect of success).
I provide additional resource suggestions and links that have helped me (and others) heal.
I help you assess the root causes of your health issues as well as addressing ongoing stressors by looking at the following areas : Stage of recovery, Determinants of health, Experience with healing modalities, Goals, Current environmental factors, Personality traits, Learning style, Beliefs & mindset, relationships etc.
If you are interested in online programs, I know them well, and can provides answers to your questions.
Coaching calls are 45 minutes (they can be split into 2 calls depending on your energy capacity).
